Meeting Facilities

The Davis Conference Center is one of our largest rooms ideal for any occasion from plenary session to gala dinners.  The large picture windows provide a beautiful backdrop of our main campus and add natural lighting for both seminar settings as well as formal banquets.  The room has a total capacity of 200 with flexibility in seating arrangements.  State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and wireless Internet access can be provided at your request.  If you desire a formal catered event, you may request linen table clothes and fabric chairs to transition the room into an elegant dining hall.

If you require a smaller, more intimate location, the Heritage Room is highly recommended with a total room capacity of 50.   It is located in the new residential complex, University Place, and is conveniently adjacent to the campus dining hall.  This room features large round tables with ergonomic, padded fabric chairs.  Breakfast, lunch, or dinner meetings and receptions for informal or formal events are comfortable in this room.  Another added perk to this location is the easy access to the Theater on the ground floor, allowing a breakout location for even more possibilities as outlined below.

The Theater in University Place offers elevated, theatrical seating with functional flip desktops at all 74 chairs.  This contemporary meeting facility features a complete cinema-audiovisual setup with a ceiling-mounted projector, DVD playback, cable TV, and video and audio inputs for computer projection.  Internet access is also available.  A great location for mere entertainment purposes or even your next professional training seminar.

The Science Hall Conference Room provides a more traditional boardroom-style layout.  The large conference table is surrounded by 18 comfortably padded chairs with an additional 12 chairs surrounding the room to allow a total capacity of 30.  State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and wireless Internet access can be provided at your request.

There are also a wide array of classrooms available with seating consisting of customary student desks to tiered levels with tables and chairs.  High-tech computer labs are also an option with room capacities ranging from 12 to 20.
