During the seventh week of classes in the fall and spring semesters, instructors submit a report of midterm grades. The grades will be available to students on the Web through the MIX system and are also mailed to the students' permanent addresses.
Final grades for the semester are to be entered on the Web within 48 hours after the end of the final examination. At the end of the semester, students' grades are available on the Web through the MIX system. If a final grade mailer is to be mailed, the student must request it each semester by following the instructions below:
- Log onto MIX at http://www.mix.wvu.edu/
- Click on the STAR tab at the top of the screen
- Click on the WVU STAR Information System link
- Click the Student & Financial Aid link
- Click the Registration link
- Click the Request Grade Mailer link
- Select the current term (i.e. Fall 2007) and click Submit
