Application Process for Potomac State Scholarships:
There is not a separate scholarship application for most scholarships. Scholarship awards are based on high school GPA and ACT/SAT scores. Simply submit your completed admissions application, ACT/SAT scores, and high school transcript by February 15, 2008 to the Enrollment Services Office for priority consideration.
The only scholarships that require a separate application are:
n Moore-Church Scholarship (Scholarship awarded to graduates of Keyser High School, Fairmont High School and East Fairmont High School)
n New Page Scholarship (Scholarship awarded to children and spouses of New Page employees)
n Dominion Resources (Scholarship awarded to dependent children of Dominion Resources employees)

PROMISE Scholarships (for WV residents):
A) Complete the WV Common Application by March 1, 2008. The application is available at:

B) Submit a completed FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by March 1, 2008
