Affleck wins second event with a 3-under par performance

Brian Affleck led Potomac State to victory once again on Saturday afternoon at South Park Golf Course in Pittsburgh, PA.  On the day Affleck fired a 3 under par 69 to take home the individual medalist honors for the second time this spring.  Following Affleck's dominating performance for PSC was Jeremy Thompson with a 75 and Brendan Dillion who shot an 80.  As a team the Catamounts won by 39 shots and posted a score of 307.  CCAC South followed with a 346.  Individually John Hanna of CCAC Boyce finished third with a 79. 

Affleck turned in a 32 (-4) on the front side then held on with a 37 back side to round out the low season round for the Catamount squad and was just one off the all time record of 68 held by Thomas Facciani. 

Potomac State will tee it up once again on Tuesday at the Wisp in McHenry, MD and then will travel to Beaver Creek on Thursday to get their first look at this year's Region XX tournament site.
