Kidwell Leads Catamounts to 19th Straight Victory
Keyser High School graduate, Travis Kidwell, led the undefeated Catamounts to a 19 straight victory in the WPCC. Kidwell led the Potomac State College golf team to victory at South Park golf course. This marks the 4th different golfer to lead the Catamounts to victory this year.
Kidwell shot a 77 to win the 6 team event on Saturday. He was followed by a 78 from Dustin Turbin, another Keyser High School graduate. The Catamounts were followed up with a 79 from Matt Pellillo and an 80 from Stephen Bennett. The team shot a 314 to win by 25 shots over second place University of Pitt-Titusville. The Catamounts will next play at the Wisp at Deep Creek Lake, Maryland on Friday.
