Baseball: Catamounts roll past Hagerstown to wrap up regular season

Keyser, WV- Potomac State scored in all but one inning in route to an 11-1 win over Hagerstown Sunday afternoon at Golden Park.

Each hitter in the PSC lineup had a hit, with Korey Foltz and Matt Jeffery leading the way with three apiece.

Andrew Kowalo connected for his fifth home run of the season to go along with an RBI double.

Matt Maiers worked four shutout innings to pick up the win.

Lou Favetti drilled a solo home run to account for the Hawks only run.

Potomac State winds up the regular season 31-8 and will be the number one seed in the Region XX Baseball tournament that begins Friday at Golden Park.

The Catamounts will play the second game of the day, when the face off with Chesapeake College at 1PM.  That game will follow the opening game with Hagerstown Community College facing off with Harford Community College at 10am.
