Rain delays start of Region XX Tournament.

Hanover- MD, Heavy rains have delayed the start of the 2008 Division 1 Region XX Baseball Tournament scheduled at Joe Cannon Stadium.

Friday and Saturday's entire scheduled has been cancelled with all games being washed out by the 2 +inches of rain that fell in the greater Baltimore area during the last two days.

The schedule will resume on Sunday following the original schedule that was slated for Friday.

At 10:00 am Hagerstown will face off against the Region 15 winner Monroe College (NY).  Then at 1:00 pm Potomac State will play Chesapeake Community College.
