Baseball: Miller, Catamounts roll past Shenandoah

Winchester, VA- Jamie Miller improved to 4-1 on the year as the sophomore struck out nine Shenandoah hitters in five innings of work as PSC thumped the Hornets 16-4 Saturday afternoon.

Miller allowed just two runs, both of which were unearned.  He scattered five hits and walked just two.

Billy Sager led the offensive attack with a triple, a double, two singles and three runs batted in.  Andrew Kowalo also added four hits as PSC out hit Shenandoah 20-7.

Lex Levitan hit the only home run on the day for Potomac State, a three-run shot in the fifth inning. 

Brent Parrish and Connar Bastaich each drove in two runs for the Catamounts. 

The Catamounts, (22-10-1) will turn right around to face Shenandoah at Golden Park on Sunday for a twin bill at 1PM.
