Men's Basketball: Catamounts fall at #2 ranked Beaver County

MONACA, Pa. — Davon Hall scored a game-high 32 points and four others also scored in double figures as the undefeated Community College of Beaver County defeated Potomac State 105-58 Saturday afternoon.

The Titans, the No. 2 team in the country in Division II at 21-0, dominated from the start and led at halftime 50-22. It was their fourth straight game and fifth of their last six of scoring 100 points or more.

Hall made 12 field goals, including hitting eight from beyond the three-point line, for his game-high total. Andre Anthony added 14 points, Nehemiah Fisher had 13, Robert Moore 12, and Germaine McDaniel had 10.

Potomac State (12-7, 6-2 Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference) was paced by Carlton Drake’s 11 points. Michael Hatfield added 10 and Reggie Baker and George Chase each finished with nine.

The Catamounts host CCAC-Allegheny Monday in the Lough Gymnasium night beginning at 7 p.m.
