Men’s Basketball: Catamounts win streak snapped at 10

FREDERICK, MD— Down by three points at halftime, Frederick controlled the second half and was able to end Potomac State’s 10-game winning streak with a 73-65 win Saturday in Frederick.

Dawkins scored 16 points for the Cougars, while they got 14 from Ogunfiu and 12 from Hoffman. Isaac scored 10 points.

The Catamounts were led by Dontae Campbell’s 18 points. TJ Steele scored 11, Zach White nine and Jamal Ferguson scored eight.

Potomac State (17-6) had not lost since its first game back from winter break. The Cats will play Penn-Highlands at home on Monday, at 7 p.m.
