Men’s Basketball: Potomac State tops Anne Arundel

KEYSER, W.V. — Dantae Campbell led a balanced attack with 14 points as Potomac State handled Anne Arundel, 64-56, for its second win in as many days in junior college men’s basketball Sunday afternoon.

Krishaun Meyers added 13 points, Caelen Watts had 12and Jamal Ferguson and Ketrick Bartley eight each for the Catamounts (11-5).

Calab Smith canned six three-point goals and finished with a game-high 23 points for Anne Arundel (8-10).

On Saturday, the Catamounts whipped CCAC-Boyce 88-59 in a Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference game.

Meyers led the way with 21 points, Desmond Chandler added 15, Campbell had 12 and Bartley 11 for Potomac State.

The Catamounts play at Penn Highlands on Saturday and return home on Sunday for a 3 p.m. game with Pitt-Titusville.
