Hagerstown tops Potomac State

KEYSER, W.V. ı DaiQuane Peterson made seven threes on his way to 29 points in leading five Hagerstown players in double-figures as the Hawks came away with a 105-82 win over Potomac State Monday evening in Keyser.

Along with Peterson, Hagerstown got 22 points from Isaiah Hill, 19 form Najee White and 16 from Raylin Mack-Brown. Demetrus Richardson finished with 11.

The Catamounts were paced by Jordan Brooksı 23 points. The former Fort Hill standout was joined in double figures Darrell Pattersonıs 13 points. Marcus Quarles gave his team nine points, and Harley Brooks finished with eight.

Brooks also shared the team lead in rebounds with Tremayne Matthews at seven, and had five assists.

Along with making their shots at a higher rate than Potomac State, Hagerstown was more active from the foul line. The Hawks finished the night 16-for-29 from the stripe, while the Cats went 8-for-12.

PSC
(6-12)will play at Butler on Saturday.
