In 2008, Coach Twigg will begin his third year as the top assistant at Potomac State College of WVU, having joined the Catamount coaching staff during the 2006-2007 season.  During this time, the Men's Basketball program at Potomac State College has shown consistent strides to become a serious contender in the Region XX basketball landscape.

During Coach Twigg's service on the coaching staff, Potomac State has compiled a combined record of 28-20 with a WPCC Regular Season Championship during the 2007-2008 basketball season.

Coach Twigg has the assignment of assisting with the development of forwards and centers.  There he has had the opportunity to mentor five players that have signed letters of intent to continue playing basketball at various levels of the NCAA.  Coach Twigg also serves as a recruiting coordinator, where Potomac State College has shown great strides in the past two seasons to produce solid recruiting classes.  Coach Twigg also assists in the monitoring of the strength and conditioning program where he has worked with Coach White to place a strong emphasis on off-season strength and conditioning.

Before serving on the coaching staff at Potomac State College, Coach Twigg worked at youth basketball camps.  There he has had the opportunity to work with and learn from Hall of Fame basketball coach, Morgan Wootten, as well as many other talented basketball coaches at various levels from around the world.  Coach Wooten's motto of," nothing great is ever accomplished without enthusiasm" has been a continuous source of motivation when it comes to Coach Twigg's approach to coaching basketball.

Coach Twigg is a native of Cumberland, Maryland.  Coach Twigg is a graduate of Frostburg State University, where he has received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Master of Arts in Teaching Social Sciences.  Coach Twigg, his wife Renee, and their two sons continue to reside in Keyser, West Virginia.
