Fungaroli signs with Potomac State Soccer

Conor Fungaroli, a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School in New Paris, Pa., recently signed a letter of intent to attend Potomac State College of West Virginia University where he will play on the Catamount’s Soccer team.

Fungaroli served as a goalkeeper on his high school soccer team. He was named the 2010 All-County MVP and the 2010 Team MVP. Fungaroli served as team captain for three years and was named team defensive player of the year for both his sophomore and junior years. He has been a two-time selection for the PA State Olympic Development Player team and also set the school record for career shutouts with 26.   Fungaroli plans to major in business administration at the College. He is the son of Jim and Perci Fungaroli of Fishertown, Pa.
