KEYSER, W.V. — Trey Ogilvie scored two goals and Zachary Saylor scored one and assisted on another to lead Potomac State College to a 4-0 victory over Frederick Community College Monday afternoon at Stayman Field.

Ogilvie broke a 0-0 tie when he scored with 31:47 in the first half on the first of two assists by Justin Winebrenner. Ogilvie made 2-0 almost two minutes later when he scored on Gudie Gudiel’s assist.

Saylor assisted Caleb Gall on a corner kick right before halftime to give Potomac State a 3-0 lead.

Saylor’s goal off of Winebrenner’s assist at 60:12 was the only score of the second half.

Potomac State had the edge in both shots on goal (10-3) and corner kicks (5-2).

Conor Fungaroli made one save in the first half and Andrew Essig stopped two in the second half. Frederick’s Chris Chamberlin stopped five shots.

Potomac State (2-0) visits Stevenson University in Stevenson Thursday afternoon for a 4 p.m. game. Frederick drops to 1-2.
