Lee continues torrid pace as Catamounts down Blue Ridge

HARRISONBURG, Va. — Brandon Lee scored two more goals and Theo Richards had two assists to lead unbeaten Potomac State to a 3-0 win over Blue Ridge Community College on Wednesday afternoon.
Lee, the leading scorer in the nation among NJCAA Division III players, scored on an assist from Richards just before halftime and made it 3-0 with an unassisted goal with 9:13 to play. Lee, of Brisbane, Australia, now has 11 goals.
Caleb Goodin got the first goal of the match, on a feed from Richards, with 30:05 left in the first half. The Catamounts led 2-0 at halftime.
Potomac State led 15-5 in shots and 3-1 in corner kicks. Goalie Connor Eberly earned his fourth shutout of the season and had five saves.
Potomac State (6-0-1) will play again Sunday, at 1 p.m. at Keyser High School, against Hagerstown Community College.
