Subject: Athletic Training Services at Potomac State College

 

I am pleased to welcome you and your athletes to beautiful Keyser, WV and Potomac State College of West Virginia University for the 2010-2011 athletic season.  The following provides information on our athletic training facilities and services.

  • Certified Athletic Trainer will be present at all events.
  • Water, cups, ice, and ice bags will be readily available.
  • Pre-game taping and treatment will be available (please provide necessary materials).
  • Emergency care.

 

The main Athletic Training Room is located on the lower level of Lough Gymnasium adjacent to both the home and visitor locker rooms.  The other Training Room is located adjacent to the soccer, baseball, and softball fields in the Field House.  The Athletic Training Room and Athletic Trainer will be available approximately 1-1/2 hours before competition for taping and any necessary treatments.  Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions or requests.  Thank you and good luck for a healthy and successful season.
