Women’s Basketball: Green, Doleman carry Catamounts to victory

KEYSER, W.Va. — Ny’Zhea Green and Kirsten Doleman accounted for 53 of Potomac State’s 85 points as the Catamounts rolled to an 85-46 win over Allegany on Monday evening.

Green led the way with a game-high 28 points on 13 field goals, including a pair of three-pointers, while Doleman added 25 points on 10 field goals, one of which fell from three-point territory, and 4 of 7 shooting from the free-throw line. Doleman grabbed seven rebounds and had four steals. Green had a game-high six steals.

Olivia Wilson scored nine points, Mary Feaster added eight points and seven rebounds and Kenzie Chrisman seven points for the Catamounts, who led by single digits after the first two quarters (23-18 and 38-29) before extending their lead to 31 points (63-32) going into the fourth quarter.

The Trojans were led by Symone Grant’s 19-point night. Tarryn Logsdon made five three-pointers to finish with 15 points.

Potomac State (8-4) will travel to Dundalk on Thursday at 5 p.m.
