Women's Basketball: Hines powers Potomac State over Garrett

KEYSER, W.Va — Ashley Hines was nearly unstoppable, recording 32 points, 20 rebounds, four assists and five steals to lead Potomac State over Garrett 78-59 at home Monday afternoon.

Garrett kept things close in the first half, trailing 38-33 at the half.

Potomac State went on a run to start the second half and was able to maintain the lead throughout. The Catamounts built their largest lead of the night at 19 points which ended up as the margin of victory.

Alexis Steele had 13 points for Potomac State, Brandie Robertson scored 12 and Ali St. Van added eight points and six assists.

Rachel Waibogha led the Lakers with 16 points.

Potomac State, now 10-6, hosts Westmoreland Wednesday at 5 p.m.
