Women's Soccer: Another shutout leads PSC to 3-0 start

KEYSER, W.Va. — Katrina Ziebarth and the Potomac State defense collected their third straight shutout to open the season after the Catamounts downed Christendom 3-0 Saturday at home.

The Cats’ defenders allowed only one shot to be attempted all afternoon, which Ziebarth soundly rejected. Head Coach Mark Sprouse cited Morgan Fair, and Rebbekah Messenger and Gracie Parzych for leading the PSC
defense.

Two other players provided the offense with Peyton Derryberry and Julie Howser scoring unassisted goals.

Potomac State (3-0)
will go for its fourth shutout to begin the year when it takes to the road to play Frederick at 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
