Rezutek scored her three goals over a span of 24 minutes and helped the Cats to build a 5-0 lead at halftime. She scored an unassisted goal at 9:41 and then again at 16:47 when Brittney Foster assisted her. Frankfort’s Gracie Parzych assisted her on the third goal with five minutes left in the first half.

Fort Hill graduate Ashley Parker kicked the first goal at 9:41 and another Frankfort standout, Morgan Turley, had the remaining point in the first half off of an assist from Whitney Ogle.

Potomac State Head Coach Mark Sprouse said, “We struggled the first fifteen minutes, but made some adjustments both defensively and offensively that seem to help”.

Alana Nappi made two saves and Brooke Fink one splitting time in the PSC goal. Holly Cook had nine in the loss.

Samantha Sines, of Mountain Ridge, was cited in helping the Potomac State defense limit Lord Fairfax to three shots.
