The Potomac State College Women’s Soccer Team signed Tessa Mulledy, a Hampshire High School soccer standout.

Mulledy received post season honors the last two years and was a four-year starter for the Trojans.

"I am very pleased that Tessa Mulledy has chosen Potomac State College of West Virginia University in which to start her college soccer career, said Head Coach Mark Sprouse.

“To me, there is not a better female soccer player in this area than Tessa. She wowed everyone who saw her in the M&T Senior All-Star Game last fall. What sets her apart is her versatility, as she can excel at almost any position on the field. Tessa plays with confidence, energy and most importantly, a strong desire to win. She really, hates to lose and every coach, loves that attribute. I feel she will make the players around her better not only in skill, but by being a great example and motivating them to do their best. Right now my plans are for her to play in our defense. We feel blessed that Tessa has selected Potomac State College as her academic and athletic home. "
