Catamounts drops five-setter, 3-2

Buckley has 52 kills in loss to Butler

KEYSER - Julieanne Buckley led the attack with 52 kills, but Potomac State dropped a tough five-setter to Butler (Pa.), losing 15-12 in the deciding match on Monday night at Potomac State.

Butler won the first and third games, 30-26 and 30-25, while Potomac State won game two 30-21 and forced a fifth game with a 30-15 romp in game four.

Megan Webb also had a big night for the Catamounts with 24 assists and 18 service points.

Potomac State (1-3) will play at Allegany College of Maryland Thursday evening.
