Sunday, August 13th

 

9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Student Services Day for First-Year Students-- Church-McKee Auditorium

 

Course registration, bill payment, financial aid, meal plans, Catamount ID Cards, Mountie Bounty registration, parking permits. (Many of these services can be taken care of online through your MIX e-mail account. You only need to stop by if necessary. Catamount ID cards will be also be available in AD 104 on Monday, August 14 and in Church-McKee on Tuesday, August 15 and then in AD 104 starting August 16)

Residence Hall Check-in for First-Year Students Only

 

Specific details for check-in will be sent out at a later date. Check your mail and MIX e-mail regularly for updates. (Students must register for courses and pay bills prior to checking-in to residence halls; students residing in the residence halls must have a Catamount ID Card to check into the building.)  All freshman students will check-in at the Davis Conference Center.

Dinner in the Potomac Commons in University Place

 

Students/staff with active meal plans gain access with their Catamount ID Card. Anyone who does not have a meal plan can pay the posted door price by cash, check, Dining Dollars, or credit card.

Residence Hall Student Meeting --- Church McKee Auditorium

 

Mandatory meeting for all freshman living in a residence hall.

Ballistic Bowling—Rainbow Lanes in Keyser

 

Shuttles will transport students from the University Place porch to and from Rainbow Lanes. Must show Student ID to gain entry.

(Students must present Student ID Card to use the facility.)

Turf Field Hours of Operation

Lights are on Sunday through Thursday until 11:00 p.m. except during the winter.

(Open to all students so long as there are no scheduled athletic team practices or games or intramural activities.)
