Your WVU ID or town barcode is required for checking out all materials.  The patron is responsible for this card and all materials checked out with it.  If the card is lost, notify the Library.  Town patrons will be charged a replacement fee of $5.00.  You are responsible for any materials checked out to the lost number until you notify the Library.
