Potomac State to host dinner and a show
Enjoy a night of great food and entertainment. The Potomac State College of West Virginia University Alumni Association in conjunction with Apply Alley Players will be offering dinner and a show on Friday, November 2. Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. in the Davis Conference Center, after which, those in attendance will make their way to the Church-McKee Arts Center to see the musical production, Hairspray.

Hairspray follows teenager Tracy Turnbald around 1962 Baltimore, Md. as she pursues her dream of dancing on The Corny Collins Show. After winning a spot on the show, Tracy becomes an overnight celebrity, but risks losing it as she launches a campaign aimed at integrating the show.
A shuttle service will be available to transport patrons to the Church-McKee Arts Center for the performance of Hairspray, which begins at 8 p.m.
The menu will include meat lasagna or pasta with alfredo sauce, salad, vegetable, garlic bread and dessert; accompanied by rolls and drinks. During dinner, members of the cast will entertain guests with a few select songs.
