Mollie Ravenscroft named Potomac State “Outstanding Professor of the Year"

Mollie Ravenscroft, assistant professor of sociology, was selected as the “Outstanding Professor of the Year’ for 2013. Mollie began teaching full time at the College in 2005. Prior to that she served as an adjunct at the College and worked in the mental health field for approximately 20 years. Mollie has served on several committees and also serves as an advisor to various clubs on campus including: Social Justice Officer, co-chair of the Social Justice Council, the Executive Committee and co-advisor of the PSC Serves You Club to name a few. Furthermore, Mollie serves on the Honors Committee and often teaches honors classes in addition to her regular teaching schedule.
