Pascoe receives Keyser Rotary Award

Potomac State College of West Virginia University recently honored many of their students, faculty and staff with awards and recognition during its annual Weekend of Honors. The Keyser Rotary Club’s “Service Above Self”Award was presented to Chris Pascoe by Faculty Emeriti Dinah Courrier. The recipient of the award must demonstrate exemplary humanitarian service with an emphasis on personal volunteer efforts and active involvement in helping others. Pascoe is enrolled in the four-year bachelor of applied science program with an emphasis in criminal justice and is the current president of the Student Government Association (SGA). His volunteer efforts with SGA include delivering Christmas presents to Romney House in Romney, W.Va., ‘Bowling for Hunger’ at Rainbow Lanes in Keyser and Red Cross Blood Drives on the Potomac State campus. He is the son of Kenneth Pascoe and Ann Pascoe of Bel Air, Maryland.
