“Is God a Woman?” Presented in Recognition of Women’s History Month
In recognition of Women’s History Month in March, Leontyne Clay Peck was a recent guest speaker at Potomac State College of West Virginia University. The title of her presentation was, “Is God a Woman? Dynamics of Race. Gender. Class. In a Complex Society.” Peck, a native of Keyser, is an educator with more than 30 years of experience in presenting African American cultural programs. This program was sponsored by the College’s Social Justice Council.
