Chambers receives TheOutstanding Sophomore Agriculture Award

Potomac State College of West Virginia University recently honored many of their students, faculty and staff with awards and recognition during its annual Weekend of Honors.  Bethani Chambers, an agronomy major from Saint Marys, W.Va. and graduate of Saint Marys High School, was the recipient of the Outstanding Sophomore Agriculture Award which was presented by Assistant Professor of Forestry Jeff Jones.

Potomac State College of West Virginia University recently honored many of their students, faculty and staff with awards and recognition during its annual Weekend of Honors. Receiving the Don S. Starcher Outstanding Agriculture and Forestry Freshman Award was Brianna Shanholtzer from Stephenson, Va. and a graduate of James Wood High School.  Shanholtzer is majoring in agriculture and environmental education.  Assistant Professor of Forestry Jeff Jones presented the award.

TheOutstanding Forestry Sophomore Student Awardwas presented to Cole Davis, a wildlife resource major from Yellow Spring, W.Va. and graduate of Hampshire High School.  Assistant Professor of Forestry Jeff Jones presented the award.
