Hannah Rezutek a freshman from Oconomowoc, Wisconsin has blazed a path that Catamounts will be chasing for years. On September 23 the speedy forward scored three goals in the first half and another three goals in the second half against Westmoreland County Community College to set a new school record with six goals scored in a game. Not to be outdone, one game later Rezutek set the single-season record at Potomac State by recording her 18th and 19th goals on the season passing the old record of 17 in a 4-1 win over Lord Fairfax.
For her efforts Rezutek was named the NJCAA Division III Player of the Week. She currently stands tied for 1st in the nation in goals scored, (19) and 2nd in total points, (42)
With just four home games scheduled this season on the new Stayman Field, the Catamounts have rolled most of their competition as they stand 9-1 with six games remaining. PSC has outscored their opponents by a whopping 50-7.
The Lady Cats have just one home game remaining and it is scheduled for this Friday October 3rd at 4PM.
