Potomac State presents Constitution Day Program

Constitution Day

Nicklaus Goff (pictured), a criminal justice instructor at Potomac State College of West Virginia University, educated students, faculty, staff and residents of the surrounding area on their Fourth Amendment Rights during the annual Constitution Day Program.  Assistant Professor of History Cassandra Pritts gave a presentation as well on Dollree Mapp, whose case resulted in the Fourth Amendment being applied to the states by the United States Supreme Court.
