Join Potomac State for a Homecoming Celebration

Fall at PSC

October marks the beginning of change in West Virginia; change of weather, change of leaves, and even a few changes to tradition. This October will mark the beginning of new Potomac State College of WVU Homecoming Celebrations!

Homecoming will feature more events that engage Potomac State College’s beloved students, alumni, and community.

Students will enjoy a variety of campus events such as: a Homecoming banner competition, pumpkin carving, meet the ghost hunters, golf at Polish Pines, and the Homecoming dance!  For the full schedule, click here.

Prior to the Catamounts Men’s and Women’s basketball season openers against the Prince George’s Owls on Saturday October 31st, all are invited to the pre-game block party to hang out with PAWS, the College’s mascot, and the WVU Mountaineer! The block party will be held from 10:30-11:45 p.m. near Lough Gymnasium. Alumni are encouraged to join President Colelli in the president’s tent for refreshments and the campus update. Between the women’s and men’s basketball games, which begin at noon and 2 p.m. respectively, will be the crowning of the Potomac State Homecoming King and Queen.
