Constitution Day program to be presented at PSC September 17
Are you curious as to how the Constitution protects your home, your car, your rights, you? Then you won’t want to miss Potomac State College of West Virginia University’s upcoming presentation for Constitution Day on Thursday, September 17 at 4:30 p.m. in the Church-McKee Arts Center on the Potomac State College campus.
Assistant Professor Casandra Pritts and Criminal Justice Instructor Nicklaus Goff will be presenting the historical overview of the Mapp v. Ohio (1961) and the Fourth Amendment right against unlawful search and seizure, along with how the Fourth Amendment was applied to the States through the Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process Clause. This presentation is free and open to the community.
