Lynch joins Residence Life staff at Potomac State

Potomac State College of West Virginia University (WVU) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Michael Lynch, who will serve as the supervisor of residence halls at the College.

In addition to overseeing all of the residence halls, Lynch will manage the operations of the Office of Housing and Residence Life.  Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and master’s degrees in secondary education and higher education administration from WVU.  He has spent more than 15 years working in student affairs at WVU, Georgia Tech and Florida State University.

“I’m excited to be here at Potomac State.  Ideally, our residence halls will play a significant role in supporting the academic mission of the College and in the overall development of the residents,” said Lynch.
