They’re Here! Freshmen, Transfer Students Move In Aug. 14th

Freshmen, and transfer students moved onto campus Sunday, Aug. 14th, in order to participate in the early Welcome Week activities including First-Year Foundations Seminars: Academic Culture, Learning Strategies, Goal Discernment, Student Life, Your First Year, and It’s on You. These are required for all freshmen and transfer students including commuters. Returning Students move in Tuesday, Aug. 16th. Classes start Wednesday, Aug. 17th. All students are officially welcomed as Catamounts at the Fall Kick-Off Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. in the Church-McKee Arts Center. Then, the campus and Keyser communities are invited to Stayman Field at 8:45 p.m. for a fireworks show. Students are advised to check the Welcome Week schedule for other activities here.
