Potomac State's First 'Conversation with Cops' A Success
Potomac State College of West Virginia University Police recently held their first “Conversation with Cops” event in which students had the opportunity to have an open conversation with campus and local police. The goal is to foster positive communications between campus and local law enforcement and the cultural communities that create Potomac State. The topic for this first conversation was marijuana and alcohol. Chief Brian Kerling, pictured center, plans to offer these conversations a couple times throughout each semester covering different topics. Also pictured in the background is Sgt. Droppleman of the West Virginia State Police.
