Potomac State awards Spring Open House Scholarship

During today's open house held at Potomac State College (PSC) of West Virginia University (WVU), in Keyser, W.Va., DeKayla Redman, left, from Stephens City, Va. was the lucky recipient of a $500 book scholarship for the fall 2017 semester. Redman is currently a senior at Sherando High School. She is the daughter of Patrice Hatch. Making the presentation was PSC Enrollment Services Director Beth Little. The College offers more than 50 programs of study in which students can earn a two-year, associate of arts degree for transfer to WVU or other colleges of choice.  Or, students can graduate from one of seven fast-track career and technical degrees in programs such as Criminal Justice (CJ) or Equine Management. And now students can continue on to complete their four-year, bachelor of applied science degrees in Business Management, CJ, and Computer Information Systems.
