The Pasquino [pronounced Pass-QUEEN-O] is the college's student newspaper and has been published continuously for more than 80 years. It is published every three weeks during each semester under the direction of the journalism department. Students who major in journalism news writing, broadcasting, advertising, and photography automatically are staff members of the newspaper.
Volunteers who are not journalism majors are welcome to write articles, take pictures, create artwork, or help with circulation, business management, and other support functions of the paper. The Pasquino is distributed free on campus. The Pasquino offers an excellent opportunity to earn extracurricular activity credit toward honor society membership.
