Agriculture and Forestry Living and Learning Community Goals

 

ý        70% of 1st-time freshman students will be retained from fall to fall

ý        65% of 1st-time freshman will either transfer or graduate within 3 years

ý        The LLC will earn a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher each academic year

ý        100% of LLC participants will be provided the opportunity to participate in at least one job fair during the academic year

ý        100% will be provided with at least 5 leadership development opportunities each year.

ý        Each year a minimum of 3 sophomore members of the LLC will be appointed to leadership positions in the College community, i.e., mentors, study group leaders, orientation leaders, etc.

ý        LLC faculty will provide a minimum of 2 cultural enrichment programs each semester

ý        LLC faculty will provide a minimum of 2 Ag/ Forestry educational enrichment activities each semester

ý        RHC of academics will collect date by cohort semesterly and annually on academic achievement (GPA), retention, transfer and graduation rates

ý        Each LLC faculty member will provide a minimum of four contact hours in the hall each week 

ý        LLC faculty and student leaders will provide a minimum of 4 study groups per week

ý        Residential Education personnel will correlate RA programming with mission and goals of LLC
