Office of Student Conduct

The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities provides leadership to ensure the College is a living-learning community.

This office will strive to foster a campus community that protects the health, welfare, safety, property, and rights of all members.

The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities staff is available to assist members of the College community in understanding and applying the Potomac State College Student Conduct Code.

For harassment issues, please refer to the  BOG GOVERNANCE RULE 1.6: RULE REGARDING DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, DOMESTIC MISCONDUCT, STALKING, RETALIATION, AND RELATIONSHIPS.

Faculty who want to file an academic dishonesty report should refer to  Procedures for Academic Dishonesty .

WVU is committed to providing for protection of children on the University’s premises or involved in University sponsored programs at all geographic locations by providing guidance on reporting requirements for Child Abuse or Neglect; providing guidelines for appropriate supervision of children; and ensuring that the University complies with all federal and state laws and regulations regarding the employment of children.
