Your contributions to the PSC Alumni Newsletter are needed and encouraged. Submit your content for each issue based on these due dates:
Submissions for each issue are due on or before the following dates:
- January Issue: Submit your content by January 7.
- April Issue: Submit your content by April 7.
- July Issue: Submit your content by July 7.
- October Issue: Submit your content by October 7.
Time periods covered by each issue:
- January Issue: Covers October, November, and December.
- April Issue: Covers January, February, and March.
- July Issue: Covers April, May, and June.
- October Issue: Covers July, August, and September.
The distribution date for each issue is on or before the following dates:
- January Issue: Distribution deadline is February 4.
- April Issue: Distribution deadline is May 4.
- July Issue: Distribution deadline is August 4.
- October Issue: Distribution deadline is November 4.
Contributions to the PSC Alumni Newsletter should be submitted as a Word document. Photos should be sent separately in JPEG or PNG formats. Submissions to the “Mark Your Calendar” feature are for future events. “Mark Your Calendar” contributions can be sent via email.
