Meet Your New Alumni Association Officers

Pam Wilkinson – President

Pam Wilkinson portrait

Pam Wilkinson was elected to a third term as president of the WVU Potomac State College Alumni Association Board of Directors. A 1979 graduate, Pam majored in Agriculture, and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education at WVU, followed by a Master’s Degree in Safety Sciences at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Pam retired in 2018, after almost 30 years of experience in safety management and system safety design engineering. This included designing safety features for military vehicles, satellite systems, and undersea warfare control systems.

Pam is also an accomplished jewelry artist, producing beautiful pieces of jewelry from repurposed and recycled materials. She and her husband John love to travel and participate in fine arts and crafts shows.


Sabrina Cave – Vice President

Sabrina Cave PhotoOriginally from Hampshire County, WV, Sabrina Cave took 12 credit hours of course work at WVU Potomac State College during her senior year of high school before going to WVU Morgantown. There she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1995, and Master of Science in 1997.

Sabrina began working at WVU Potomac State in 1997 as an admissions counselor. While there, she also served as the Potomac Valley WVU Alumni Association Chapter President.

In 1998, Sabrina returned to Morgantown to become the Director of the Mountaineer Parents Club. She is currently the executive director in Student Enrichment in the Division of Student Life, where she oversees the Center for Fraternal Values and Leadership, the Center for Black Culture and Research, Student Media (which houses our campus newspaper, radio station and Prospect and Price Creative), Student Engagement and Leadership, Student Family Resources, and the Mountaineer Mascot Program.

Sabrina served on numerous community boards including Main Street Morgantown and the University Alumni Chapter. She remains active in the Morgantown community and currently serves as the first president on the United Way Board of Directors and co-chair for Women United.


Patty Sites – Secretary

Patty Sites

Patty Sites is a lifelong resident of Mineral County, a 1977 graduate of Potomac State College, and a 1979 graduate of WVU School of Social Work. She enjoyed a varying Social Work career, devoting half of her career to medical social work. After a 41-year Social Work career, Patty retired in July 2020.

In 2001, finding herself ready for a change, Patty joined the Mineral County Schools Pre-K Head Start Management Team as the Family Service Coordinator for their expanding and successful program. Patty continues to provide contractual social work services to Mineral County Schools.

For the past twenty years, Patty has served on the Board of Directors for the Mineral County Family Resource Network. She also volunteers for the local Warm the Children program.

Patty’s husband, son, grandson, other family members, and several friends WVU Potomac State College Alumni. She feels it is very important for the PSC Alumni Association to be a strong advocate for the College, while also providing a strong and accessible network for alumni.


Katharine Ann Campbell – Treasurer

Following several years working in public relations, Katharine Ann Campbell’s path veered to rural healthcare administration where she served as CEO of Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems in Idaho, Montana, and California. Katharine brings a lot of experience to the Alumni Association, having served on numerous boards throughout her life.

After retiring, Katharine Ann served two terms on Shasta County Grand Jury, learned to quilt, and continue with her extensive gardens. Katharine Ann is an avid Mountaineer fan inspiring many members in her community to follow the WVU sports teams.
