Maple Days will be hosted by the College’s Ag, Forestry and Equine department, Saturday, March 21, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Starcher Complex and Sugar Shank, located at 471 Parkview Drive, Keyser, W.Va. This free event will showcase the College’s Sustainable Agriculture Entrepreneurship (SAGE) program’s maple syrup production as well as its many other enterprises. Additionally, 20 independent vendors will be on hand to demonstrate and exhibit their maple products. This event is in collaboration with the West Virginia Maple Producers Association and the Mineral County Tourism Office.
