Commencement 2024 Ceremony
Commencement invitations are available for sale in the College Bookstore.

The College’s 121st Annual Commencement Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Church-McKee Arts Center. Graduates and their families
and friends are encouraged to attend.
We encourage graduates to decorate their caps. Show your Catamount Pride!
Tickets are required for this event. Each graduate may have 4 tickets and add their name to a list of more tickets are needed. The Commencement Ceremony will be livestreamed for convenience and will also be viewed in the Kelley Rec Center on campus for those who do not have tickets.
Parking will be directed by our staff. For elderly or mobility limited guests, drop-off will be available at the entrance of Church-McKee Arts Center and cars will then be directed to parking.
A reception will immediately follow the ceremony. Light refreshments will be provided.
A photographer from GradImages will be available for individual photos of the
diploma-granting portion of the ceremony.

Cap and Gowns
Caps and gowns should be ordered online by April 5 which is the deadline for regalia to be shipped to home addresses. If you do not order your cap and gown online prior to April 5, please contact
the PSC Bookstore immediately by visiting in-person or calling them at
Graduates or guests needing accessibility services, including Sign Language Interpreting,
should contact Mary Connor at
at least three business days prior to the ceremony.
Requests must be submitted for official transcripts to be sent.

A $12 charge will be assessed for each official transcript.
Students changing their campus to WVU Morgantown do not need to request
that a transcript be sent since we share a student information system.
DiplomasDiplomas will be mailed after all grades are finalized and certified
by the Office of Academic Affairs.
