Commencement invitations are available online.
Graduation Practice
Tickets are required for students participating in the Commencement Ceremony
Each graduating student may pick up four (4) tickets for friends and family at the PSC Information Office on the main floor of the Administration building, Monday thru Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.
If more than four (4) tickets are needed, please let Terrie Rogers (at the Information Office) know and she will add your name to a list and notify you if extra tickets are available.

Graduation Photos
A photographer from GradImages will be available for individual photos of the diploma-granting portion of the ceremony.

2023 Commencement Ceremony Recording
Cap and
Gowns
Caps and gowns should be ordered online by April 4 which is the deadline for regalia to be shipped to home addresses. If you do not order your cap and gown online prior to April 4, please contact the PSC Bookstore immediately by visiting in-person or calling them at 304-788-6908 .
Accessibility Services
Graduates or guests needing accessibility services, including Sign Language Interpreting, should contact Mary Connor at 304-788-7405 or Mcconnor@mail.wvu.edu at least five business days prior to the ceremony.
Transcripts
Requests must be submitted for official transcripts to be sent. Check out go.wvu.edu/psctranscripts for more information.Diplomas
