Nikki Chandler (second from left) serves as a mathematics instructor and as the advisor to the Student Veteran's Organization at West Virginia University Potomac State College. Student veterans and student dependents of veterans meet on Thursdays in the Veteran's Lounge, on campus, for pizza and conversation. Present during a recent session were (left –right) Second Class Petty Officer Daniel Alt, a criminal justice major who served four years of active duty with the Navy; Instructor Chandler; Senior Airman Madison Chandler, a visiting student who served six years with the Air force; and Senior Chief Blane Fike, an electrical engineering major who spent 26 years with the Navy.  “Having lunch together each week provides an opportunity for veterans to talk about issues they may experience as a student, after having served in the military, and I’m thrilled that Domino’s in Keyser has partnered with the Veteran’s Organization by providing pizzas to the men and women who proudly served our country,” stated Nikki.
