The WVU Potomac State College Athletics Department along with student organizations will host a Trunk-or-Treat event for the Keyser community Saturday, Oct. 30, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., in the J. Edward Kelley Complex parking lot on campus. This event is free to the community.
