The Potomac State College Alumni Association will once again participate in Giving Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021.
The Alumni Association is dedicated to fostering the traditions and growth of WVU Potomac State College and the connectivity of its alumni. We strive to promote a lasting relationship among alumni, students, faculty, staff, administration, and friends of the College. The Alumni Association supports the College’s educational mission, preserves its heritage, promotes its advancement, and prepares for its future.
Giving Tuesday is a growing global movement. Last year on Giving Tuesday, more than $400 million was raised worldwide. The Potomac State College Alumni Association’s outreach was limited to about 100 individuals through Facebook friends of a few members of the Board of Directors. This year the association will be utilizing the WVU Potomac State Alumni Association Facebook page to conduct their primary outreach. The association would appreciate your assistance by sharing the post with your Facebook friends to increase the range and hopefully the donations.
The goal this year is to increase the outreach and increase the amount donated. Please lend your support by planning to donate on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021. You can email PSCAlumni@mail.wvu.edu with any questions or other ways to donate or establish an estate plan donation.
