She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from WVU Parkersburg; a master’s degree in English and a Doctor of Education in leadership and higher education administration, both from WVU Morgantown. She also earned a certificate in healthcare marketing from the American Hospital Association.

“I am honored to join Dr. Chris Gilmer and his leadership team. The positive energy on the campus of Potomac State is evident in the students, faculty and staff. I look forward to working with the community to make WVU Potomac State College an even brighter beacon for current and future students,” Colebank said.
