The Potomac State College-Community Concert Band, under the direction of Dr. Brian Plitnik, will perform a Fall concert on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 7:30 pm in the Davis Conference Center on the campus of Potomac State College. The concert is free and open to the public.
The PSC-Community Concert Band consists of talented college students, high school students, and members of the surrounding communities who all share a love of music. The repertoire for this concert will include:

The Wild One! By Brian Balmages
The musical selections range from the jazz standard Autumn Leaves to the Latin-style dance music of Los Bailes Calientes. The concert also features In the Cathedral, an original composition arranged specifically for the PSC-Community Concert Band by the composer (and concert band member) Neal Corwell.
Providing cultural experiences for the community helps to fulfill the broader WVU Potomac State College mission statement to "Enhance the well-being and quality of life for the campus community, people in West Virginia, and the broader service region of the College."
